Step indicator definitions:
Any step with a red asterick (*) is a required step.
A step that is grayed out indicates there is a required step that must be completed. Once the required step is completed, additional steps will ungray.
To move on from the Acknowledgement page, you must turn on the "I Agree" checkbox, and select the 'Save' button, then the 'Next' button.
The Enrollment Summary (main) page does not include retirement plan deductions and is the same as classic eBenefits.
The costs and graphic on the Enrollment Summary page change as benefits are elected.
"Review" listed in the lower right-hand corner on a card indicates you may be able to make elections for that benefit.

The vision and legal plans appear in the eSRA events as informational only. The tiles cannot be selected and elections are not available.
If you have the screen reader mode turned off, you can toggle between the Card view and the List view by selecting the buttons under the Benefit Plans title.
Turn on the screen reader mode by selecting the three dots in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen, then select 'My Preferences'. Select "Screen reader mode on" from the Accessibility Layout dropdown.
The List view only is available when the screen reader mode is turned on. Cache must be clearned from the browser when the screen reader mode is turned off to ensure the card view is available again.
The coverage level under 'Enroll in Your Plan' will change depending on how many and the relationship of each dependent selected in the Enroll Your Dependents section.
There may be an inner scroll bar displayed on some plans when the "Overview of All Plan" and "Expand All Plan" buttons are selected. This also depends on the size of your screen.
If you are a Retiree, Survivor or LTD Participant, you are not allowed to add dependents to your coverage.
There are three types of confirmation statements:
After making an online election, you can view or print your submitted confirmation statement immediately after your elections are submitted. Final and Submitted Confirmation Statements are available in Wolverine Access. Select the Benefits Self-Service tile, then click the Benefits Statement tile.
Retirement Savings Plan vendor allocations must be elected first, then enrollment in the Retirement Savings Plan can be made as the second step. If the vendor allocations aren't elected before the acutal retirement savings plan enrollment, you will encounter an error. If this happens, follow the following steps:
If you have not had a confirmation statement produced in Fluid Benefits yet, you may receive the following error message when you click the 'Done' button on the Benefits Alerts pop-up page: 'An error has occurred that has stopped this transaction from continuing' along with a pop-up that reads 'Benefits Statement is not setup. Please contact your Benefits Administrator'.
To get around this error, return to the Benefits Enrollment page and select the Submit button again, then select the 'View' button on the Benefits Alerts pop-up page. This will create the submitted elections confirmation statement.
You will receive a confirmation email the following day once your elections are submitted.
