November 12 Class: Holiday Sides – Fresh, Flavorful and Healthy

Celebrate the season with vibrant, plant-powered side dishes that bring both color and nutrition to your holiday table. In this class, you’ll prepare cranberry sauce, root vegetables and green beans in a tasty, new way. These easy to prepare dishes are delicious and can be made ahead of time.

November 19 Class: Thanksgiving Meal Makeovers
Time:
12 – 12:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll transform extra turkey and veggies into a vibrant mixed green salad and a satisfying nutrient-rich vegetable soup that's perfect for any season (it freezes beautifully!).
