How to Take 5

Registration is now open for the fall 2025 session of Take 5 to Focus. It's easy to register and participate:

  • Register anytime during the 4-week program, October 13-November 9.
  • During the program, take short breaks several times a week to access brief guided mindfulness and meditation videos—each is only about five minutes and your progress is tracked automatically.
  • Continue through November 9.
  • Download this PDF flier and post it in your workplace to serve as a reminder.
