Take 5 Once a Day
It's easy. Just sign up on the MHealthy Portal powered by Asset Health starting October 30. Then visit the Take 5 to Focus page once a day to view short guided mindfulness videos. Each one is only about 5 minutes long and can help improve your mood for the rest of the day!
"Take 5" at least once each workday between November 13 and December 10. The portal automatically keeps track of your progress. So sign up now and make mindfulness part of your daily routine.
