Take 5 to Focus

Try Take 5 to Focus, a four-week online mindfulness and meditation program. It's an easy way to experience guided meditation and mindfulness to help reduce your stress, improve your mood, and give you more focus for your day. Take 5 to Focus is open to active, benefits-eligible U-M faculty and staff (excluding those who are only eligible for the U-M GradCare health plan).

Sign Up for Take 5 to Focus Starting April 8

Log into the MHealthy Portal and look for the Take 5 to Focus tile to sign up.
