Try Take 5 to Focus, a four-week online mindfulness and meditation program. It's an easy way to experience guided meditation and mindfulness to help reduce your stress, improve your mood, and give you more focus for your day. Take 5 to Focus is open to active, benefits-eligible U-M faculty and staff (excluding those who are only eligible for the U-M GradCare health plan).
Take 5 Once a Day
It's easy. Here are the key steps:
- April 8 - 29 Sign up on the MHealthy Portal powered by Asset Health
- April 22 - May 19 Visit the Take 5 to Focus page once a day to view short guided mindfulness videos.
Each one is only about 5 minutes long and can help improve your mood for the rest of the day! And the portal automatically keeps track of your progress. So sign up now and make mindfulness part of your daily routine.
