There are many ways to care for your mental health, offering opportunities to find the support and resources that best meet your needs. From individual counseling to team consultations, there is a path for everyone.

In this webinar, you will explore the comprehensive services provided by the Faculty and Staff Counseling and Consultation Office (FASCCO) and the Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience (OCWR). Key topics include:
