On October 14, 15, and 16, 2020, the Work-Life Resource Center presented its 15th annual "Connecting the Dots" Conference. This year the conference was held virtually via Zoom. More than 900 UM colleagues attended at least one of the six sessions offered.

Highlights from the conference include using self-observation, personal agility, and resilience to help you thrive while turning challenges into opportunities.  Other sessions provided information about self-motivation, managing financial resources, finding joy in our every day lives, stories about parenting during a pandemic, and experiencing calm through mindfulness meditation.

All sessions were recorded and are available on the Work-Life Resource Center conference webpage. In many cases, you can also view presentation slides or handouts provided by the presenters.
