September 10 Class: Savoring Summer
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

As the season draws to an end, you can still capture the peak flavors of fresh and delicious vegetables of summer. In this class, you’ll learn how to use up a basket-full of ripe tomatoes to make a terrific tomato sauce. Next, you’ll discover how peppers, cauliflower, corn, carrots and cucumbers come together to make a pickled relish that can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes. Eat well now and save some for later!

September 17 Class: Falling For Pasta
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll create bright and beautiful, flavor-packed pasta dishes. These recipes are a wonderful way to enjoy the herbs and vegetables that are so abundant and affordable right now. Light, satisfying and full of plant-based goodness!
