September 16 Class: Late Summer Harvest Favorites

Time:  12 – 12:45 p.m.

Celebrate the best flavors of late summer with two fresh and colorful recipes that make the most of the season's bounty. In this class, you’ll prepare turkey meatballs with spicy ginger tomato sauce and a corn salad with tomatoes, peppers and avocado. They’re easy, healthy and perfect for weeknight dinners or casual entertaining.

September 30 Class: More Mediterranean Meals

Time:  12 – 12:45 p.m.

The Mediterranean diet is consistently ranked as one of the healthiest eating patterns in the world. Rich in vegetables, legumes, herbs, healthy fats and lean proteins, it emphasizes flavorful foods that may support heart health and help reduce inflammation. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare three dishes: a chopped salad with fall vegetables, roasted salmon and jeweled rice. Discover how healthy eating can be both delicious and satisfying!
