
Get moving, have fun and relieve stress! The winter schedule for in-person physical activity classes is now available. Preview classes, locations and times so you’re ready to sign up when registration opens at 8:30 a.m. on December 8.
Classes include yoga, boot camp, Zumba, strength training, cardio drumming and more. All fitness levels and abilities are encouraged to join. Locations include:

The winter classes run January 5 – April 12, 2026. The cost is $50–$70 for 10 to 14 weekly sessions (that works to only $5 per session).
U-M faculty and staff, please note this important update to the payment policy: Starting with winter 2026 classes, U-M employees must use payroll deduction to pay for physical activity classes. Non-U-M employees can still use a credit card to pay for their classes. Learn more about the new payment policy.
Scholarships available, apply now!
Don’t let finances stop you from joining an MHealthy in-physical activity class! A limited number of scholarships are available for qualifying employees. Classes fill up fast so apply early to have the best chance to get into your first choice class. The application for winter closes December 12 at 5 p.m.
Host a class in your building
Interested in bringing a physical activity class to your building? MHealthy is looking for new locations to host classes, starting as early as spring 2026!
