Action Required for Michigan Care Members

If you and your dependents are currently enrolled in the Michigan Care health plan, you must select a different plan during Open Enrollment. If you don’t choose an alternate plan, you and your currently-enrolled, eligible-dependents will be automatically enrolled in the U-M Premier Care health plan for 2026.

As previously announced, the Michigan Care health plan will be discontinued after Dec. 31, 2025.

View the Health Plans web page for information about available plans.
