Self-care, connection and tips for staying well at work and home will be the focus of MHealthy’s “Be Well Your Way” virtual event on October 6 and 7.

If you didn’t have an opportunity to register, most sessions are available for faculty and staff to drop in. Simply visit MHealthy’s “Be Well Your Way” website on either event day to access sessions.

To give participants more flexibility, this year the event takes place over two days, Wednesday, October 6 and Thursday, October 7.

October 6, 2021:

  • 7 – 8:30 a.m.
  • 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

October 7, 2021:

  • 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Choose from more than a dozen sessions

There’s something for everyone! Each expert-led session is approximately 40 minutes and covers topics you can use right now, such as:

  • Creating social connections
  • Ergonomic tips for work and home
  • Budget-friendly cooking
  • Financial well-being
  • Supporting your student/child’s well-being
  • Yoga and meditation
  • And more

Attend multiple sessions with fewer registrations

It will be easier to attend multiple sessions this year. Participants will be able to access multiple sessions each day with the same registration. This eliminates the need to sign up for each session separately and allows you the opportunity to quickly join sessions you’d like to attend.

This free event is open to U-M faculty and staff.  Visit the Be Well Your Way webpage to view the full list of sessions.
