Fresh herbs have the power to elevate any dish from ordinary to extraordinary. In this class, you’ll use parsley, mint, basil and rosemary to create salads, a vinaigrette and an infused oil. These herbs are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that are as good for your body as they are for your taste buds!
