June 11 Class: Southwest Summer Snacks

Spice up your summer gatherings with fresh flavors from the Southwest. In this class, you’ll prepare zesty pan-seared shrimp, a tangy salsa perfect for dipping and a colorful dish of corn, black-eyed peas, peppers and tomatoes that will be a hit at any summer spread.
June 25 Class: Quick and Easy Asian-Inspired Dishes
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
In this class, you’ll create delicious and easy dishes using flavors inspired by Asian cuisine. Learn to prepare a tender, flaky salmon with a sweet and savory ginger glaze, a warm and comforting simple soup, and a light, fresh salad packed with vibrant veggies.
