Peer Coaching as an Everyday Practice

Peer Coaching can be a powerful strategy for strengthening one’s leadership skills. Being a peer coach—as well as having one—not only increases self-awareness but also builds relationships across the organization.

During this interactive session participants will:

  • Explore the benefits and opportunities of peer coaching
  • Practice two effective coaching skills
  • Expand their current professional network

Early Career Leaders Community of Practice

The Early Career Leaders Community of Practice is a network of new and early career leaders from all three campuses and Michigan Medicine. The community of practice aims to provide professional development, networking opportunities and best practices with three to four events per year and networking/information sharing in the #early-career-leaders channel on Slack.
