The Mediterranean diet is centered on fresh, flavorful foods which have been shown to reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure and reduce LDL cholesterol to help lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. In this class, you’ll create fish and pasta dishes that are simple, colorful and truly delicious!
