March 19 Class: It’s Easy Being Green
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
Cooks from every corner of the globe create dazzling dressings, dips and sauces from fresh herbs, chiles and other green veggies. In this class, you’ll learn how to make an easy chimichurri, ginger-scallion sauce and a green herb sauce that can punch up the flavor of meats, fish, tofu, noodles and rice.
March 26 Class: Wonderful Winter Salads
Time: 12 – 12:45 p.m.
Learn to combine fresh and flavorful roasted vegetables with crisp greens and tangy dressings to create bold, colorful and satisfying salads. In this class you’ll create a delicious winter cobb salad with roasted butternut squash and a spinach salad with warm maple dressing.
