Be Well in the Big House Returns September 17

Yoga on the field at the Be Well in the Big House event in 2024.

For one afternoon, Michigan Stadium will be filled with more than football energy. “Be Well in the Big House” returns Sept. 17, offering U-M faculty and staff a chance to move, recharge and explore well-being activities in one of campus’s most iconic spaces.

The free MHealthy event aligns with U-M’s theme year of “Human Health and Well-being,” part of the Look to Michigan vision. The theme focuses on fostering healthy and thriving communities at the university and beyond.

Employees can take part in activities both on and off the Michigan Stadium field, including yoga, Zumba, cardio drumming, health and well-being booths, flu shots, a farmers market and more.

Register early for on-field sessions

Five, 30-minute sessions will take place on the field. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome, and no equipment is required. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. To accommodate more participants, registration is limited to one session per person.
