April Cooking Classes: Stuffed Vegetables and Savory Sausage

Learn to make delicious, healthier foods at MHealthy’s free virtual cooking classes. Registration opens March 18 for April classes. Sign up for one class or both. Register by 10 a.m., April 4. This month’s classes highlight easy and healthier stuffed vegetable and sausage dishes that are packed full of flavor, protein and vitamins.  

April 9 Class: The Good Stuff 
Time: 6 – 6:45 p.m.

In this class, you’ll prepare stuffed vegetable recipes that are packed with flavor, whole grains, legumes and even more veggies. These delicious and hearty meals will be a big hit with the whole family! 

April 23 Class: Healthier Sausage Recipes
Time: 6 – 6:45 p.m.

Sausages are a staple in many homes due to their cost, convenience and versatility in countless cuisines. In this class, you’ll create dishes that use sausage as part of a healthy diet, particularly because they provide a vehicle for eating even more vegetables.

MHealthy hosts new cooking classes each month. Registration opens a few weeks before the first class date – sign up to be notified when registration opens for new classes.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine. It explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
