These new online, self-paced learning tracks will help you to meet your professional development goals. Choose content based on your Development Journey self-assessment results or unit needs. Each learning track contains LinkedIn Learning content and relevant university resources. Use the level document to track your progress and share with your supervisor.
The learning tracks are organized based on the Michigan Expectations Model. The Michigan Expectations Model includes four domains, each with a set of three expectations. There are two to three levels for each topic area:
- Level 1: Awareness
- Level 2: Skill building
- Level 3: Specialized skill building
This content is currently in development, so some areas may not have all levels available yet. This page will be updated as new levels are added.
Users now have access to LinkedIn Learning content through My LINC. Organizational Learning is working on adding the Learning Tracks to the My LINC integration so that user participation will be included in My LINC training transcripts. Right now, the Self: Adapt Level One Learning Track is available in My LINC and more will be added over the coming months.
