Reach out to colleagues on other campuses to identify resources unique to that campus and discuss ways of sharing those resources.

Meet with a direct report who is going on a medical leave to review resources available to them. (e.g., UHR Return to Work Resources , FASCCO).

Manage a project that requires resources from outside of your unit.

Brainstorm areas within the university where a direct report could find additional resources for an assignment (e.g. historic documentation from a library).
