Organizational Learning and ITS have established a partnership for our online course registration. ITS continues to provide training, documentation and communications for M-Pathways, eMploy and the U-M Data Warehouse in My LINC. We are very excited about this partnership, as each employee has access to their training history for both ITS and Organizational Learning courses in one location.
You can browse for Organizational Learning courses at both the Professional Development Courses page and My LINC.

Registering for the Course Interest List (CIL) allows an individual to express their interest in attending a future session of a specific course. The CIL is different from the waiting list for a specific class held on a specific date. CIL members will be notified when a new session is created with an opportunity to register. Individuals who are on the waiting list for a session will be added to the CIL if they were unable to attend their desired session
Organizational Learning does not provide free parking, parking vouchers or change for the meters.
More information can be found on the Transportation website for on campus in-person events.
Due to the fact that many U-M employees are working remotely/hybrid, Organizational Learning offers mostly virtual sessions. For in-person sessions, coffee, tea and water are usually provided. For all-day courses, lunch is not provided unless noted. Time will be allotted for a lunch period and delivery menus will be available.
We strive to make our sessions accessible for all attendees. Persons with disabilities who need special accommodations to attend a program should email [email protected] or call Organizational Learning at (734) 764-7410.
Most Organizational Learning courses include an active experiential learning component. Participation in class discussions, small group activities and other exercises is expected and will help each participant apply the learning to their workplace.

Occasionally, we invite a photographer into some of our courses to take photos of participants and presenters for promotional materials. Seating arrangements can be made at the start of an impacted course for those who do not want their photo taken while in session.
At Organizational Learning, we believe in continuous improvement; therefore, we encourage you to provide candid feedback in program evaluations that will be emailed after the course. We use your feedback to continuously improve our courses.
Our micro-consultants can partner with you to assess your unit challenge or development need and recommend one or more approaches to foster positive change.
