As a leader, you have a powerful influence on your team’s culture and well-being. The expectations you set and the behaviors you model shape how people experience work.
This seven-week, email-based program offers practical, bite-sized opportunities to learn and take action. We will explore how everyday leadership behaviors can foster a culture of well-being. Each week, you’ll reflect on your leadership and practice one small action to help your team thrive.
