Accessibility Matters. It is important when you’re creating a workspace, a website or a campus experience. This introductory course is open to any U-M faculty or staff member who would like to have a better understanding of digital accessibility.

Introduction to Digital Accessibility

This course will provide an overview of what digital accessibility is, why it is important and more. 

You will learn to:

  • Apply core principles of digital accessibility to your work
  • Explain the importance of digital accessibility at U-M
  • Identify staff and services at U-M to support your digital accessibility work

You will benefit by:

  • Understanding what digital accessibility is and how it relates to disability and assistive technology
  • Obtaining additional resources and training to learn more about accessibility topics

Program Notes:
