Whether you’re creating a workspace, a website or a campus experience, accessibility matters. This May, Organizational Learning is offering two courses for any U-M faculty or staff member looking to contribute to a more accessible workplace environment.

Introduction to Digital Accessibility 

With U-M’s digital accessibility policy in effect since June 2022, this introductory course will provide a better understanding of digital accessibility and its impact on workplace culture, relationships and team dynamics.

Disability Awareness and Inclusion

This course emphasizes the importance of disability inclusion and discuss ways to increase accessibility starting at the departmental level. Join this course to learn how to raise awareness, promote best practices and dispel ableist myths.
