May 29 Class: Knife Skills and Veggie Thrills

Time: 12 – 1 p.m.

In this class, you’ll sharpen your skills as an MHealthy chef guides you through proper techniques for cutting a variety of vegetables and safely handling knives. You’ll practice your skills as we create a delicious summer soup and a veggie stir-fry.
