You do not need to take any action and there will be no interruption to services during the transition period.
Please note:
- There will be no disruption to your PayFlex account
- Inspira will be the administrator for you account
- If you have a PayFlex debit card, it will remain active and you can continue to use if for your eligible health care expenses
- Your PayFlex login username and password will still work
- Renewal or Lost or Stolen cards will be issued under Inspira
- Website and communications will look different

On January 17, 2024 PayFlex will be rebranded to Inspira Financial. The two companies have come together to strengthen and simplify the health and wealth journey.
PayFlex is the company that currently processes Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims for reimbursement. They are a national provider of healthcare and benefits management services.
