Design, develop and lead strategic initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, team collaboration and positivity in the workplace. Provide coaching and consultative services in areas including leadership development, employee engagement and culture change.
Lead the team in implementing strategic objectives, oversee departmental operations including budgets, HR, communications, employee engagement and strategic planning. Support team members to have what they need to be successful and thrive.
Consult with units to assess development needs, recommend appropriate interventions, and measure outcomes. Support and grow current partnerships with university units related to faculty leadership development and fostering inclusive and equitable practices.
Supports leadership and career development programs and the Michigan Expectations Model/Development Journey through logistics, research, planning, implementation and presenting. OL liaison for accessibility. Support OL projects as needed.
