  • November 15 Class: Italian Desserts (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Italian desserts are easy to make, are full of flavor and tend to be lighter and healthier than other pastries. In this class, you’ll make meringue, cake and biscotti that can be made ahead and brought to share at a holiday dinner or given as gifts to lucky friends and family members.
