
Whether you are currently active and want to freshen up your routine, or are looking to increase your daily physical activity, an MHealthy Movement Consultation can benefit you.
It’s an opportunity to meet with an MHealthy physical activity staff member to explore your physical activity routine. The 45-minute virtual consultation includes:

A thorough discussion to determine your goals, possible barriers (such as health-related issues, time limitations, limited budget, etc.) and other factors related to physical activity and movement.

Personalized advice around designing a movement routine.

Follow-up to check on your progress and answer any questions.

Movement consultations are open to university faculty and staff. All fitness and ability levels are welcome!
