Free Virtual Cooking Classes in April

Good news – MHealthy’s virtual cooking classes are now free! Each 45-minute class includes interacting live with expert chefs and dietitians while learning to make delicious, healthier foods for you and your family.

Celebrate Spring Flavors with April’s Cooking Series

Spring is the season where we can't decide if we want something fresh and light or hearty and warming. No worries – we've got you covered! April’s series celebrates the season with recipes that showcase spring's best ingredients no matter what the moment demands. Chefs will also provide tips to help you save time and cut costs.

Registration is now open for April’s two-class series. Register by 10 a.m., April 7, 2022.

  • April 13 Class (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Spring Starters

In this class, you’ll learn to prepare easy "finger foods" that are great for a simple family gathering or a get-together with friends.

  • April 27 Class (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – A Simple Spring Supper

In this class, you’ll learn to how fresh herbs, lovely lettuces and spring peas make beautiful ingredients for this easy meal. You’ll also get buying and storage guides as well as prepping tips, so you always get the best results.

New Classes Each Month – Sign Up to be Notified

MHealthy will host a different cooking class series each month. Registration opens a few weeks before the first class date – sign up to be notified when registration opens for new classes.

MHealthy Cooking Classes support the growing field of culinary medicine, which explores the links between food and health, applying the foundations of nutritional science side-by-side with traditional medical interventions in clinical care.
