For one day in September, yoga poses, Zumba-style moves and the beat of cardio drumming will take over Michigan Stadium.
“Be Well in the Big House,” a free event organized by MHealthy, returns Sept. 19 from 3 – 6:30 p.m. U-M faculty and staff can join in health and well-being activities both on and off the Michigan Stadium field.
Register early for on-field sessions
Four, 30-minute sessions will take place on the field. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome, and no equipment is required. Early registration is recommended as space is limited. To accommodate more participants, registration is limited to one session per person.

No registration needed for concourse activities

Wheelchair Ultimate – A twist on Ultimate Frisbee led by the U-M Adaptive Sport & Fitness team.

Exercises to Improve Balance – Strengthen the brain/body connection to build better balance.

Maize and Blue Cupboard donation drop-off – Bring a non-perishable food item to donate in support of Hunger Action Month.
