December’s classes focus on creating delicious, vegetable-based appetizers and side dishes. Be careful – these recipes are so good they could outshine your main course!

  • December 6 Class: Vegetable Side Dishes (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Serving delicious vegetables with your meals helps you load up on fiber, vitamins and antioxidants. In this class, you'll learn tasty ways to roast veggies, prepare flavorful green beans and discover a new way to enjoy smashed potatoes.

  • December 13 Class: Sensational Starters (12 – 12:45 p.m.) – Start the meal off right with a great conversation, a festive beverage and some scrumptious veggie-based snacks. In this class, you’ll prepare spinach artichoke dip, roasted pepper poppers and a non-alcohol sangria that’s great for any festive occasion. Save the stress by making these a day or two ahead of time. Then, simply heat when ready to eat and enjoy!
