Shaping Well-Being Behaviors in My Team Mini Workshop

Learn how you can help to shape a culture of well-being in remote, hybrid or face-to-face work teams using:

  • modeling
  • rewards and recognition
  • recruitment and first impressions
  • communication and learning
  • resource commitment
  • relationship development

In this 30-minute workshop, you’ll discover how to help your team recognize each other’s individual role and responsibility for shaping well behaviors in the workplace.

  • Friday, October 22 at 3:30 p.m.

Healthy Workplace Culture in a "New Normal" Workplace Mini Workshop

Participants will consider the role values and behaviors play in creating healthy workplace cultures in a remote, hybrid or face-to-face work environment.

In this 30-minute workshop, you’ll participate in an activity that will aid in creating a workplace where your team members’ health and well-being values match their organization’s behaviors.

Open to Formal and Informal Leaders

These workshops are open to anyone who hopes to influence their work team and improve workplace well-being – managers, supervisors, project and committee leaders, informal leaders and influencers – are welcome.
