Exercise and Relaxation Classes
MHealthy Exercise and Relaxation Classes are a great way to get moving, get fit and relieve stress. U-M faculty, staff, students and the general public can register for more than 100 classes, including yoga, Pilates, Zumba, body sculpting, spinning, step aerobics, and much more. Classes are offered at various locations on or near the University's Ann Arbor campus.
New 14- to 15-week sessions begin every January, May and September.
Winter 2015 Class Information:
- Winter 2015 schedule.
- Registration is open.
- Classes run January 8 - April 22, 2015
- All U-M employees receive a $10 discount per class/section (Spinning, and 15-Visit Punch Cards are not included.)
- Read the descriptions of each type of yoga that is offered.
Make sure you have read the exercise class policies before registering. Registration for any class constitutes acceptance of these policies.

New exercise class for beginners starts Feb. 11!
Join “Get Fit While You Sit,” a new class for beginners who have difficulty performing standing exercises or movements. Meets every Wednesday, Feb. 11 – Apr. 22, 9 – 9:30 a.m., in the Banquet Room at the MHealthy Fitness Center at the Ice Cube. FREE to qualified participants. Call 734-764-0285 to register. Learn more.
New Class for Beginners Added!
Want to get moving but it's been awhile? Sign up for Simple Steps, a free class designed to gradually add physical activity back into your life. This class meets at KMS, Fitness Solutions Room, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 8 - Apr. 22, 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. To register for this class only, call 734-764-0285 or email email@example.com.

Just bring in a copy of your Winter exercise class receipt and get:
