I-9 Form Work Aids
The work aid listed below will assist those who complete I-9 forms to audit the I-9 form before submission; recognize which document numbers are used on the I-9 form; and to understand the work eligibility that is associated with different visa classes.
Unit I-9 Compliance Officers are assigned by their unit or department. They are responsible for I-9 compliance in their assigned area. They ensure that anyone completing I-9's is trained and knowledgeable about I-9 requirements, they address issues of non-compliance including serving as the point of contact if I-9's require correction.
