Start, Stop, Continue
Utilize this form to start a conversation about norms regarding how your team will work together in the future after the shelter in place order is lifted. Review the way you’ve worked during the order pick activities you should stop (things you did that you don’t think are necessary in the future), start (things you didn’t do, but that you should do moving forward) and continue (things you did and want to continue doing).
Once individuals have had a chance to think about this on their own, discuss what you can adopt as team norms to help everyone's expectations as you adjust to the “new normal”. Individuals will also have a better understanding of what they may need to personally modify.
Start

Stop
- Ex. thinking we have to do everything in person
- Ex. communicating just via email, need other methods
