You’ll practice using the AI Coach, Career Plan and Career Path features. This will help turn skill gaps into a clear, step-by-step learning plan. We will uncover simple ways to share learning achievements with your LinkedIn network and keep your profile current. Join us to be ready for performance conversations—and when your dream role at U-M opens up!

About the Presenter:

Lindsey Kiraly will be joining from LinkedIn. She brings more than 20 years of experience in education, beginning her career as an elementary (K–6) classroom teacher. She earned a Master of Education in learning, design, and technology from Penn State. She spent seven years at Penn State as an instructional designer before leading IT Learning and Development, the institution’s technology training unit. In her current role as a LinkedIn Learning customer success manager, Lindsey partners with colleges and universities nationwide to help upskill and empower campus communities.
