In this interactive 1-hour session, we will review how to identify priority skills for your role and career goals and quickly find the best LinkedIn Learning content to build them. You’ll practice using AI Coach, Career Plan, and Career Path features to help turn skill gaps into a clear, step-by-step learning plan. We will uncover simple ways to share learning achievements with your LinkedIn network and keep your profile current, so that you’re ready for performance conversations—and when your dream role at the University of Michigan opens up!

You will learn to:

• Create a customized learning plan
• Update your LinkedIn profile as you gain new skills

• Making better use of LinkedIn Learning and the career development features it provides
• Getting a better understanding of how to showcase your skills

Any U-M faculty or staff member who would like to learn more about utilizing LinkedIn Learning for their career development and how to showcase their skills on LinkedIn
