Leadership Strategy Forum New!

Using Liberating Structures, this workshop will introduce practical approaches to: 

  • Tackle complex problems
  • Generate collaborative ideas
  • Make progress on strategic priorities 

Leaders will engage in highly interactive activities to surface diverse perspectives, identify opportunities and move toward practical next steps.

You will leave with:

  • Practical tools to facilitate strategic conversations with your team
  • New approaches to engage diverse perspectives when problem-solving
  • Ideas you can immediately apply to your own leadership challenges

How to participate:

  • Join as an individual: You’ll work alongside other leaders from across the university. This will allow you to gain fresh perspectives and approaches you can bring back to your team.
  • Join as a team: You’ll have dedicated time to work on a shared challenge. Take the opportunity to use the structures to make real progress together during the session.

Any U-M manager, supervisor or other leader who would like to strategically navigate complex issues in their workplace
