Using Liberating Structures, this workshop will introduce practical approaches to:
- Tackle complex problems
- Generate collaborative ideas
- Make progress on strategic priorities
Leaders will engage in highly interactive activities to surface diverse perspectives, identify opportunities and move toward practical next steps.
You will leave with:
- Practical tools to facilitate strategic conversations with your team
- New approaches to engage diverse perspectives when problem-solving
- Ideas you can immediately apply to your own leadership challenges
How to participate:
- Join as an individual: You’ll work alongside other leaders from across the university. This will allow you to gain fresh perspectives and approaches you can bring back to your team.
- Join as a team: You’ll have dedicated time to work on a shared challenge. Take the opportunity to use the structures to make real progress together during the session.
