Giving and Receiving Feedback: Learning in Action Lab New!

This practice-based lab is a follow-up to the Giving and Receiving Feedback course. It offers a dynamic environment to build confidence while applying feedback skills. You will practice using realistic scenarios and the IDEA model. 

You will learn to:

  • Apply the IDEA model to both positive and developmental feedback conversations
  • Identify feedback behaviors in others

You will benefit by:

  • Obtaining practice delivering and receiving feedback in realistic workplace situations
  • Increasing your ability to hold effective and respectful feedback conversations
  • Gaining confidence and fluency in real-time

Audience:

Any U-M faculty or staff member who would like to increase their expertise with feedback conversations
