Collective bargaining agreements are increasing. This impacts the management practices of existing and new supervisors. In this course, we will provide:
- A high-level overview of unions and labor relations at the university
- An introduction to some differences between supervising bargained-for and non-bargained-for staff

- Identify key aspects of labor relations and their impact on the workplace
