Congratulations on your Distinguished Diversity Leaders Award!  Awardees must use or claim their award funds by the end of the current fiscal year (June 30, 2024).

Please reach out to Jennifer Wade ([email protected]) within the Equity, Civil Rights, and Title IX Office (ECRT) to process the award payments. She will need receipts from individuals and a summary of how the funds were used from teams.

Individuals 

Individuals should forward a proposal for the professional development opportunity they would like to use their funds for. Once approved, the appropriate short code will be shared for the charges. Copies of all relevant receipts must be sent back to ECRT for account reconciliation.

Teams

Team awardees must provide a general fund account for the money to be transferred. 

Teams should designate a main contact person and/or main home office to receive the award. Once that is done, the contact person should reach out with the chartfields of a General Fund account. A journal entry will then be processed to transfer the award money over. This money must be used for the professional development efforts of the team. An accounting of how the funds were used should be sent back to ECRT.
