Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition?   

If you are living with a long-term health condition, get support without leaving your home. Join Better Choices, Better Health® (BCBH), a small virtual group of people just like you. Log in anytime that fits your schedule.

Developed by Stanford University, BCBH is a free, anonymous six-week online workshop led by trained leaders with similar health challenges. You will receive support and learn new ways to manage pain, medications, or whatever matters most to you.

The BCBH workshops are proven to help people:

  • Learn new practical ways to deal with pain, fatigue and stress.
  • Reduce anxiety and depression
  • Lower blood sugar and increase physical activity

Who can participate:

This program is free to U-M faculty and staff, spouses/other qualified adults, and U-M retirees; however, space is limited. Learn more and sign up.
