The U-M Work-Life Resource Center presents the 11th Annual Connecting the Dots Conference on Work-Life Balance.

Connecting the Dots provides tools and resources to help you, and those close to you, maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The conference keynote, Seeking Balance: Practical Strategies for a Healthier Life, is presented by Stephen Strobbe, Ph. D., Clinical Associate Professor at the U-M School of Nursing and theU-M Department of Psychiatry.

Dr. Strobbe draws on more than 30 years of professional and personal experience to introduce a practical, holistic approach to work-life balance that reminds us to Accept, Practice, Share, and Celebrate.
