Registration is now open for the 21st annual U-M Connecting the Dots conference, offering six helpful, free Zoom webinars focused on well-being, personal growth, and support for the U-M community.

“We’re especially excited to host the 21st year of Connecting the Dots!” says Dr. Christine Snyder, director of UHR Child and Family Care. “We hope you can join us to explore new ideas for feeling your best—both at work and at home. Whether you’re interested in artificial intelligence, caring for aging relatives, character strengths, menopause, or planning with Social Security, there’s something for everyone at this year's event.”

All faculty, staff, and students are encouraged to register for as many sessions as they’d like. Each webinar is scheduled for 75-90 minutes.
