Thinking of quitting tobacco? Good for you – there probably isn’t a better way to improve your health! Quitting tobacco is difficult, but also doable.

Help is available to live tobacco-free

MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service (TCS) has partnered with the American Lung Association to offer Freedom From Smoking®. This free, seven-week group program helps you develop a plan of action that leads to your quit day. You’ll also get the support you need to remain tobacco-free for life.

A new virtual (Zoom) group session starts Wednesday, July 24 from 12 – 1:30 p.m.  To register, complete this form. To get the full experience, please register before the first session.

MHealthy’s Tobacco Consultation Service is available to help you. It offers free one-on-one quit tobacco support. Tobacco treatment specialists can help you plan a quit date, explain how your body will react to nicotine withdrawal, offer coping strategies, and provide encouragement for those tough days.
