If you report, approve, or modify time, you will soon see a design change to the time reporting interface. Scheduled for February 23, the upgrade adds functionality and a mobile-friendly experience.

What will change?

  • The Timesheet will no longer be one page
  • New options will have been added to report time
  • Your method of time reporting (Punch User, Webclock, Elapsed Time, etc) will determine which tiles you see
  • Your device (desktop, mobile, etc.) will also determine which tiles you see
  • The Time and Labor WorkCenter will be updated (this is primarily for managers and timekeepers)

What will not change?

  • Processes and procedures
  • Time reporting dates and pay cycles
  • Time Reporting Codes (TRCs) and Static/Dynamic Groups
  • Queries
