Connecting the Dots Icons

Did you know that the Area Agency on Aging 1-B (AAA 1-B) helps older adults, people with disabilities, and family caregivers all throughout southeast Michigan? It helps connect people with available services in a six-county region that includes Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, and Washtenaw.

AAA- 1-B helps people access the services and programs they need to remain living independently and with dignity in their own home or with family caregivers. Check out the recorded presentation from the recent Connecting the Dots conference for more information. It's a great resource for those looking to support older loved ones.

Four Additional Presentations Available!

Several additional Connecting the Dots presentations are also available. Check them out and learn about the power of positive self-talk from LSA Psychology and Ross Professor Ethan Kross. Practice focusing on your strengths - the very best in you! Be motivated to move. And reflect on the past year to realize your resilience.
