Seek out new ways to reduce stress by attending Relaxing Under the Stars. It's a great chance to shift your perspective and lift your spirits with a visual journey through the natural wonders of our universe. 

It's the first time this popular MHealthy event is happening at the new Planetarium & Dome Theater at the U-M Natural History Museum. It's an amazing facility and the digital dome technology brings new perspectives to even the most familiar celestial bodies.

Relaxing Under the Stars

  • When: October 11, November 15, and December 18 (attend as often as you like)
  • Time: 4:00-4:30pm 
  • Who: Open to all U-M and Michigan Medicine faculty and staff 
  • Cost: Free of charge 
  • Where: At the new, state-of-the-art Planetarium & Dome Theater in the Biological Sciences Building, 1105 North University Avenue
