Designs and facilitates engaging, responsive learning experiences for faculty and staff in leadership roles.
Project management, graphic design and administrative support for various initiatives across OL such as LinkedIn Learning, the Development Journey, OL MediaSpace, DEI and the Michigan Expectations Model.

Provides project and change management to empower teams to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments. Focus areas include: integrated talent management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Responsible for transforming ideas and innovations into services and tools that deliver value for the customers we serve.
Design, develop and lead strategic initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion, team collaboration and positivity in the workplace. Provide coaching and consultative services to management and staff in areas including leadership, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, change management and DEI.
Support the Chief Organizational Learning Officer in handling the daily needs of the department and to ensure information, decision processes and execution of strategic initiatives are efficient and effective. Also responsible for finance, HR and internal communications for the department.
Consult with units to assess development needs, recommend appropriate interventions and measure outcomes. Support and grow current partnerships with university units related to faculty leadership development and DEI work.
Support Foundations of Leadership (FOL), Early Career Leader Community of Practice, Michigan Expectations Model/Development Journey and other leadership, professional, career development programming with logistics, research, planning, implementation and sometimes presenting/cofacilitating/representing OL. Host facilitate FOL campus cohorts. Also work on accessibility and contribute to additional OL projects as needed
Provides calendar support for multiple leaders and administrative support across all of Organizational Learning.
