Know what they know:

We test our people

We test the work skills of temporary employment applicants, which helps us find the right person, with the right skill set, for your temp job.

We can also test your candidates

In response to department needs, we added more testing options – more than 30! It’s called Office Proficiency Assessment and Certification (OPAC). And, as a hiring supervisor, you can use this service - at a nominal charge - as an aid in hiring decisions for regular positions.*

If you would like a good overall assessment of a candidate’s office/clerical skills, then we recommend our “Basic Skills” package at $69 per tester which includes tests for typing, data entry, Word and Excel.

Or if you prefer to customize a test, a member of TSS will be happy to design a battery of tests to measure skills required for a position. For example, for a payroll job we can test on bank deposits, bank reconciliation, basic math, 10-key and petty cash. The result is a well-developed view of a candidate’s overall job aptitude. All this for only $79 per tester.

Regardless which option you choose, we will provide you with a report of each tester’s scores and walk you through the testing process so you can better understand the results. Please contact TSS for a testing consultation.
